Personalization Guidelines
What is personalization?
Personalization refers to adding your details to our pre-designed products, such as names, dates, event details, photos, or logos.
All designs are created in-house and personalized using our existing product collection.
What we do not offer
We do not create custom designs or develop branding from scratch.
This includes:
- recreating designs from screenshots, Pinterest, or other shops
- designing new artwork or layouts on request
- matching or interpreting a brand style without provided assets
We will not create or rebuild your design concept for you.
What we require from you
If you are requesting specific design elements outside of our standard personalization options, please provide the following:
- Logo files must be PNG with a transparent background. JPG files with white backgrounds are not accepted.
- Color matching must be provided using exact HEX or CMYK codes if specific colors are required.
- Fonts must be provided as an actual font file or a direct download link. We do not source or search for fonts on your behalf.
We will apply your provided assets to your selected design as supplied.
Fonts & design options
We offer a curated font library with a wide selection of styles. If a specific font is required, it must be provided in a usable file format.
We do not recreate or match fonts from images.
Accepted file quality
For best results, please upload high-quality files only. We cannot improve low-resolution images.
- Minimum 300 DPI required for UV printed items (JPG or PNG)
- SVG files preferred for cut designs
- Other vector or raster files may be accepted depending on use
Low-quality files saved as PDFs are still low-quality and will not be upgraded by converting file type.
