Please fill out the application below for a wholesale account. Your state resale certificate must be provided and verified before you will be approved. Each state is different and may call their form something different. You will be required to provide an updated form if your resale certificate has expired.

We only offer laser cutting of clear 1/8" thick acrylic at this time.

We can laser cut an acrylic sheet up to 36" by 48", but we can only print on pieces up to 24" x 36".

Sheets larger than 24" x 36" must be provided by you.

We are happy to provide a single sample print of your custom design on 1/8" clear acrylic up to 4"x4" in size, watermarked with our logo, at no charge before confirming your order. Samples are shipped free within the contiguous United States.

We require all raster designs to be 300 DPI, PNG with a transparent background. Please see our size chart for quality of prints.

We require all vector files to be saved in either AI or SVG format.

We highly recommend you design your file in CMYK. We accept designs made in RGB, but the colors may vary when printed.

If you are local to us, you can pick up your order by appointment. We offer meetups once a week at The Village at Prasada in Surprise, AZ.

Otherwise, we can ship your items to you. Shipping & handling fees will apply.

We do not share, sell or distribute your custom artwork in any way, nor will we ever use your artwork to produce our own products. We will provide a signed artwork non-disclosure agreement that includes a non-compete clause when applicable.

The minimum for bulk orders is 50 pieces per design. Each design must be the exact same for bulk pricing. We can add individual personalization to each design for an additional fee. Pricing will vary depending on the product.
