Monday - Thursday | 10:00am - 4:00pm MST *excluding holidays

I am a very busy solo small business owner and I make all of my items myself, therefore I spend most of my time offline making physical products. I try to respond as quickly as possible, but there may be times it may take a few days or more to get back to you.

I only read & respond to emails during customer service hours. Please note, I do not under any circumstance do business with anyone over text messaging or social media DMs. This includes friends & family. Thank you for respecting this policy.
