We personally delivery all orders from Festival Ranch Residents once a week for free, regardless of the amount of the order.

If your order is under the $35 free shipping offer, please select local delivery when checking out to avoid shipping charges being added to your order.

All orders must be paid for prior to delivery being scheduled. If you wish to pay with cash, you can contact us to make arrangements for an invoice rather than using the online checkout. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we are a registered LLC business based out of Arizona, therefore we are required by law to collect all local & state taxes for all orders in Arizona.

This includes local vendor markets, local delivery or orders shipped within the state. The tax rate for online orders is based off the city of Buckeye. The tax rate for local markets will be based on the city the market is located in.

We do not collect sales tax for orders outside of the state of Arizona.

All payments are processed through our online checkout. This ensures all payments are protected and managed in one place.

We do not accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or other similar payment apps.

However, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout in addition to any major credit or debit card.

We deliver local orders once a week between the hours of 6am - 6pm MST.

The delivery day may vary per week. Please see the announcement bar at the top of our website to see the current day we are delivering.

Orders will be delivered on the current delivery day of the following week after your order is placed, unless otherwise discussed.

This means if the current delivery day is Monday and you place an order on Sunday, your order will be delivered the following Monday, not the next day.

We offer rush production depending on availability for an additional fee starting at $50.00 USD per order and going up from there.

All deliveries are contactless, meaning your package will be left at your doorstep and we will not ring the doorbell. You will receive an email confirming delivery within 2 hours of completion.

Local delivery orders may be packed differently than orders that are shipped. Such as being packed in a gift bag instead of a shipping box at our discretion.

Since we are an online based company, in order to limit traffic to our home studio and avoid confusion with orders, we do not offer porch pickup. Thank you for understanding.

If we have a local vendor market scheduled, you will have the option to pickup your order at that market.

If this is an option at the time of your order, you will see a selection in the shipping section at checkout, sales tax will be based on the pickup location.

Otherwise, we do not offer local pickup or meetups, but shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. See our shipping policy for full details.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order once received, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
