Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for Festival Ranch neighbors.
We are based in Festival Ranch, Buckeye, Arizona.
We do not offer porch pickup or meetups. All local orders are delivered during our weekly delivery route. Limited pickup may be available only at scheduled vendor market events and will only be shown as an option at checkout when available.
Delivery Timing
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the item and current order volume. Once your order is finished, it is scheduled for the next available weekly delivery day.
Rush production is available starting at $50.00 USD per order depending on current workload and order complexity. Rush production prioritizes your order in the production queue and expedites production only. It does not affect shipping speed or delivery method.
Rush orders must be confirmed with us before placing your order to ensure availability. If approved, your order will be moved to the top of the production queue and completed as quickly as possible.
Yes. Local deliveries are completed once per week on a scheduled delivery day. The current delivery day is always posted in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
Service Area
Local delivery eligibility is automatically determined at checkout based on your delivery address. If your address is within our delivery zone, Local Delivery will appear as an option. If not, only Shipping will be available.

Local Delivery is only available for eligible addresses within our local delivery zone based on the delivery address entered at checkout. If the delivery address is outside this zone, Shipping will be the only available option.
If we are participating as a vendor at a local vendor market, a pickup option may appear at checkout for eligible ready-to-ship items only. This option is only available for that specific event date and time and cannot be selected outside of those times. Orders for vendor market pickup typically close about 24–48 hours before the event to allow time for preparation and transport. All orders must be picked up at least one hour before the end of the event.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay through our website at checkout.
Yes. All orders must be paid in full through our website at the time the order is placed. In some cases, we may issue a direct invoice for payment if needed.
No. We do not accept payment on delivery. All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Sales tax is only charged for orders delivered within Arizona and is automatically calculated at checkout where applicable.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by us as a contactless, direct drop-off service. Your order will be left in a safe location at your delivery address.

Local delivery orders may be packaged differently than shipped orders depending on the item and order type. Packaging may include a gift bag or other protective packaging at our discretion.
Festival Ranch orders must select Local Delivery at checkout to receive free delivery. If Shipping is selected, the system may apply shipping charges for orders under $49. All Festival Ranch orders are still delivered by us via local drop-off.
Day of Delivery
We deliver local orders once a week between 8:00am and 3:00pm MST. The exact delivery day may vary by week and is posted in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
Yes. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your order is out for delivery and again when it has been delivered.
No. You do not need to be present during delivery as your order will be left in a safe location.
