Refund policy
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Due to the made to order nature of our products, production begins shortly after an order is submitted, often the same day.
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including personalization, shipping address, and selected options.
If you believe you made an error, contact us as soon as possible. While cancellations are not guaranteed, we will do our best to assist if production has not yet begun.
Personalized Orders
Orders requiring personalization, including photos, names, or custom text, must have all required information submitted at the time of purchase.
Production begins shortly after an order is placed, often the same day. If required personalization details are not provided in time for production, we will attempt to contact you to obtain them.
If production has already started, including design setup, template preparation, cutting, or material processing, the order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If we are unable to obtain the required information within 5 days of purchase, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. This does not include issues related to customer provided personalization details.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier or our local delivery system, including photo confirmation where applicable.
If a tracking number or delivery status shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier or delivery service to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Refused deliveries are treated as returned packages and will be subject to the Returned Packages policy, including any applicable reshipping fees.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you using the information provided with your order. You will be required to verify your address and will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have your package reshipped.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days of the package being returned, the order will be considered abandoned. Personalized items will be discarded, and non personalized items may be restocked at our discretion.
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to address issues, and no refunds or replacements will be provided in these cases.
